Abstract :
Social & economic problems return usually to show up with every crisis to highlight the real cracks that exist hiddenly in our social building. In fact, those cracks are not hidden but ignored till the crisis come to bubble them. The aimed purpose of this study is to highlight the life conditions of construction workers andbuilders before and during the epidemic “covid-19”. Moreover, the governmental’s actions will be discussed in term of impact and effectiveness. Precisely, an social analysis is presented in this paper basing on direct interviews that have been handled using secological and ethnographical tools and methods.
